Snubberized PSU +Chill-Amp? (Also, will MUR820's work?)
I'm (finally) ordering the parts for my first GC, and I had a few questions.
First, would it work well to have a snubberized PSU with these chipamps, and to replace the 1000uf caps with 100uf caps? I intend to use CarlosFM's snubberized PSU. Secondly, will MUR820's work as rectifiers? They're about 50 cents at Mouser, and they'll be operating far below 200v anyway. Lastly, will ApexJR's 4.7UF metallized polypropylene caps make decent imput caps, or should I spring for something better? |
