I'm temporarily using a chip amp, since my main amp blew its output trannie.I am BLOWN away!IT came from a pair of Sony PC speakers, and put 7 watts up my 12" Goodmans drivers.(Mad).Anyhow,has anybody used a pair of back to back transformers as a cheap Isolation transformer? What did you use,and what improvements were made?
Please chat. Thanks mikee55

You may be interested in this . Apparently it works very well.
If those are Goodmans 201 drivers that you have, they will repsond very well to being driven by a GC (mine run beautifully on 12 volt SMPS).
