Hi,
I'm building one of NICG, I'm thinking to use either Riken 0.5w or a cheap Royal Ohm 1/8 watt carbon film resistor. I've heard that lenght of feed back resistor is very important, shorter is better. Royal carbon film resistor is only half size of the Riken. In this case, I'm not sure that which one is more important between Quality and Length ? Which one I should use in this position ? The other position will be Riken. thanks

Let me go out on a (short) limb here. Length is not important.
