Is that looking for 100-150 watt per channel, or total?
I'm still just a little guy but I'd say probably parallel. You can do 100W into 6 ohm with 25V and about 4A. That's enough voltage for the 3886 to handle with ease, but enough current to merit paralleling. If you bridged, the supply voltage could be lower for the same effect but I believe each chip would be driving twice the current. |

For power supply I have 2 transformers that I could use. first: 18-0-18 350 VA (EI) second: 4x 12V 150VA toroidal, 24-12-0-12-24 why 4? because in my country i cant find 24-0-24 toroidal. Maybe for the first trans. I should use bridged, and parallel for the second option. thanks!!! Jorge. |

well I've read your post and was very helpfull. did you build the project? I'm thinking on use your schematics as "base" of my project, if you dont mind. But, with some modifications. per channel: 2xLM3886T 1xLF412 1xAD620 or 1xNE5534 why? because I cant find here variety of opamps. I will start drawing
