So this is how my current gainclone is setup
I have haven't messed around with it since the last time I posted but tonight I started to tinker with it again. It was hooked up to my htpc and it would buzz like no other. Moving the mouse around would give little buzzes and sounds. Tonight I unhooked it from the wall and plugged in my MP3 player and moved the amp to different places in the house. I still got a buzz but no where near as loud as when it was hooked up to the PC compared to the MP3 player. Also during this when it was hooked it up to the MP3 player I played around with moving the input wires around and when I moved it into this position it would buzz a lot less. This made me start to think I had placed my amps in the wrong location. Also when I removed one RCA inputs the speaker would completely stop buzzing, this was hooked up the MP3 player. suggestions, should I use a bigger ground wires? |

Moin,
guess you have a classic groundloop. Try removing your mainsfilter. No connection between earth from mains and chassis. Hope that helps. Carsten |
