Default 140W power amp with 6xOPA549

Hi !

From a commercial project I have some pcb`s in stock which might be interesting for you.

As you can see from the attachment, it is a mono design with 6x OPA549 per channel. The circuit operates as a " triple - bias - symmetric - amplifier " allowing the OPA549 to reach the optimum performance.

If there is sufficient interest, it is possible to organise a non profit sale.

Hi everbody !

The schematic isnīt missing. Since it was a commercial project, I wonīt put all the details here on the internet. All the needed papers like schematic, stuffing and drilling of the heatsink comes with the pcb.

I can assure you that it sounds great, you wonīt be disappointed.

Here are some further details ( instead of schematic) :
- true balanced operation, even from a single ended input
- dc offset servo circuit
- Imax = +/- 20A continuous
- THD = 0.005% (10Veff 4 ohms)
- noise = 110 dB(A)
- CMRR = 80 dB
- innovative biasing scheme that eliminates crossover distortion
- high speed rectifiers on board, just need a transformer
- supply voltage regulated for all sensitive gain stages
- protection against overload and overheat
- linear damping factor, stable with all loads
- stand by circiut via 10x header possible

I wish you all a merry chrismas !

Ivo

I would probably buy depending on price. I am still in the amateur (do it to learn) phase.
