Hi all,
So i have finished my 2 channle OPA541 amp for my main speakers! Now i want to make a 3 channle amp for my rear and center speakers. So i figured OPA548 becuase i dont have any 541's left and all i have is a 250va 25-0-25 trafo. ive searched the forum a couple of times but ddnt find out what voltage these little chips should run at or whats the max they can take. So if someone knows, can i run 3 of them at 35vDC +\-? and if not then what is the recomended voltage? Thanks, Kinser |

It is always better to have a look at datasheet of any chip under considertion.
OPA548 Data sheet suggests an operating voltage of 8 to 60, which in dual supply mode would be +/- 4 to +/- 30 volt, so i think u better give thse chips recomended supply +/-35 i think that may blow the chips. |
