Hi all,
first I have to thank Peter Daniel and you all, guys, writing in this forum: I’ve assembled a 4780 kit from Audiosector.com and it sound great, compared with the Atoll 50 I have I can say that more details are audible, sound stage is larger and instruments comes out more realistic
I used a 300VA trafo with four 0-18V secondaries and the standard kit so I wonder if there are some premium components that make an improvement (I mean something immediately audible).
Since I’m driving a couple of wide range Fostex 206 speakers (8Ohm 96db) would it be an improvement to add capacitance in the power supply?
Thanks in advance for suggestion
