hello, i wanted to know why the R1 resistor in brian kit is in the gaincard amplifier an condensator !!!! What difference does it make ?? Replacing the R1 by a 2.2uF in my kit seems to make no audible differences !!!!
Secand, is it worth to replace the Rf resistor by one of 1W or 2W, i heard somewhere what raising the wattage of this particular resistor makes a difference. Is it true ? Last thing, what is the influence of the value of the C1 or C2. Is it better to have more than 15000uf or less ? Is it better to put in parallel an other capa of 100nf ? regards |
