Hi!!!! I finished my 2xLM3886 bridged amp. but i want to make a power-on & dc protection circuit. I've seen lot of circuits but none for bridged amp.
Is there a way to connect a non-bridged protection circuit to a bridged amp? thanks Jorge. |

If you want to be real safe you connect a DC-protection to each "arm" of your bridged amp.
I don't DC-protect my LM3886 based amplifiers, but if I had some really expensive speakers, I might ! You don't need a power on relay with the LM3886, unless you are thingk of some kind of in-rush current protection. THomas |
