Default Everything Ok in my LM4780 amp?

I've alredy finished one channel of Peter Daniel 4780 kit and I'm going to listen it whith my main speaker, is there somethig I should check first?

The rail voltages are +/- 25.4V (before I connected the amp).
The tension between the two speaker poles is 15 mV.
The grond is taken from CHG and goes directly in the main socket since
ther is no chassis.
The chip is binded to a square alluminium pipe whith a rubber band with no isolation.

I've connected a small old speaker and the chip run quite warm but sometimes the temperature start to rise and I'm not able to find the reason. Was it because of music performing bass, or was it because I shorted the speaker (I had in a hand) and the chip, while checking the temperature.... or what?

Please warn me if you think there is something wrong or something I missed.
