As the topic says.
I just found some cheap xformers with dual 9v windings and about 200VA each. Is there anything fun to do with these? Anything goes. best regards Ken |

Get two of the transformers. Take one transformer and put the windings in series to give you 18v @ 11 amps. Then do the same on the other. That'll give you 25 VDC or so after rectification. Perfect for a LM3875 gainclone, or even better for a LM3886 or LM4780 (paralleled) into a 4 ohm load.
Then make yourself a nice 6 channel home theater amp Or just have massive overkill for your power supply.

9 * 2^1/2 is about 13v
you could run car amps off it if you want |
