PCM2902 + TPA6120A2 schematic

Hello, I just "design" this circuit putting together some schematics available here and around the web, any suggestions and/or corrections?

Well I can't give you any suggestions, I think it looks just nice! but I'm no expert

Just wondering.. why just +/- 5V to the TPA?

I wanna do something simular to, was thinking if the OPamps+TPA could be on it's own board with just the bypass smd-caps and then a exactly the same sized board on top of it with plastic distances and that board could hold the Regs, el.caps, USB-in and PCM and connect the two boards togehter with vertical wires.
