This is like buying some unknown spare parts for an engine and asking if one could build a car with them.
Seriously, nte numbers are in fact just product codes, badly referenced on the nte site, no reference to the original part. At least I can’t find them.
Why not start with an idea like: I want a preamp or a phono pre or an power amp, classA, A/B, D, or a DACor..., find a schematic that fits your needs and go hunt for genuine parts and start assembling?
