Default My first gainclone

or "I love the smell of solvent in the morning and the smell of aluminium in the evening"

or "Aluminium sandwich with Industrial power supply"

The cases were built from scraps I either found in the garage or got for free at a metal recycling facility. Most of the electronic components were found in the lab. Total cost was about $20.

Nothing special about the electronics just your average chipamp. I just need to find som cheap but high quality connectors and binding posts. The local supplier here wanted $20 for a single goldplated RCA-jack.

Looks excellent - I especially like the wooden case.
