Hi to everybody. I made this little preamp to use with TDA2040 as a guitar amp but the preamp dosent work.Has enybody try it or can tell me if it can work by the schematic???

I am not familiar with the second stage,any description???Looks like some sort of limiter.

The + input of the first amp needs to be grounded via some impedance, say, a 47k resistor .

Thanks for replying
The only thing i know is that the tone controls at the second stage is from Elliot project 27. I will try to ground the +input with a resistor and replay you soon Thanks again. |

1st opamp:
Series cap at input say 1uF, after that 100K to ground 2nd opamp: Series cap at input say 10uF, after that 10K to ground A 100K (?) resistor parralel with D1/D2 .. |
