Question amp question

have a peavey amp that blew a mps6534
the schematic showes that it can be replaced with a 2n5551wich is a npn the old one mps6534 crosses to fairchild mps6534 that is a pnp
wich one is the right one?

MPS6534 PNP NF-Tr, 40V, 0,6A, 0,625W, B>90

2N5551 NPN Vid, 180V, 0,6A, 0,625W, >100MHz

MPSA56 PNP NF-Tr, 80V, 0,5A, 0,625W, >100MHz
(good replacement for MPS6534, IMO)
