Default BrianGT PS PCB layout

In the pictures of the PS (http://www.chipamp.com/images/legacy-front.jpg), the electroytic caps are shown closer to the pins of the opamp than the film caps. Shouldn't this be the other way around with the film caps closer to the opamp?
