What are the benefits of paralleling chip amps? Is ther any sonic upside/downside? I read a thread regarding this for driveing ESL panels, which is to be in the cards in the very near future. Would be interested in comments from those who have tried or know. I see that I_forgot runs ESL panels with a single chip and is happy with that configuration. What differences could be expected running ESL's with parallel chil amps? Do the differences justify the cost/complexity? Thanks best regards Moray James.
