Default I make amp tda1560q. It not turn on Help!

nothing at all.
quiet. no heat.
I use app. schematic in datacheet.

ok. I use 12-14 vdc.
When pin 16 connect to 12v it's turn on but no music output.
It has pop sound when turn on but no sound at all.

do i have to onnect pin 17 temp sensor 14 diagnostic output?

i don't know how to make it work.

please help
