Default important question please help me

i need a schematic on how to build a power supply with a transformer with secondaries of +21V,-21V(2 wires) to power 2 channels(2 parallel opa549s in each channel) i think you need to use relays am i right? im confused somebody help me out plz

i meant to supply both channels with one transformer. is it better to use one rectifier and hook both channels to the pwr supply (both+V on amp to V+ output on supply) or is it better to use a seperate rectifier and capacitors for each channel?
