Okay, to be honest it's only one channel. But it sounds AWESOME!!!
Built on a piece of plywood, wires all over the place. Handwired the Amps based on BrianGT's manual. Fudged the parts with what I had on hand. 1200uF instead of 1500uF on the chip etc. Got +/-28vdc right out of 2 bridges. Oh yeah, I'm listening to a "Sting" CD playing on my daughters $20.00 cheapo portable CD player!!!! I can only imagine what this is gonna sound like when I use all of the correct parts and maybe go "Snubberized on the Supply". I'm all excited and sweating as I sit here. Like a kid at Christmas..... -reever |

I just got the "other channel" hooked up!
Da*n that sounds amazing. Now I gotta get the LM1036 Tone Control up and running. I know its not what everyone else is doing, but it looks interesting to me. Thanks demogorgon, you are correct, this is getting to be addictive.... Lets see, need to make some boards, need an attractive case to put this into, maybe a preamp....... |
