Which side do I print as it is & which one do I flip horizontally?!?
Here is a top/bottom version in black and white with no silkscreen, and with the bottom layer flipped so you should be able to etch it easier.

here is the top layer

The PDFs are actually what you will be seing on the final product.

I have to mirror them, print them & once transferred then I get the same layout as on the PDF.

Right?!?

You don't mirror any of them, the prints go like that over each side of the board (bottom is already mirrored)

It seems we are talking about different things here:

Peter/Brian you guys are referring to a photosensitive transfer method.

I am referring to a Press-N-Peel transfer method.

That is why we are getting confused.

On paper once you print it, and place it on the PCB the layout gets reversed. That is what I mean by mirroring the image before printing.

Just to get things clear, what I see on the PCB is what you actually see when looking at the boards from TOP & BOTTOM, right?

Yes.

For Press'n'Peel you have to mirror both images.

On these PCB layout I cant see where Rz1 & Rz2 go.

Also it seems Cz1 & CZ2 are connected to nothing?!?
