Hello, I am a newby at opamp building and am making my first pocket chip mic preamp. I already have the resistors to set it at 20 gain. However, how does this translate into decibles? I would like to finally finish this first chip project but am totally lost. The usual websearches were done but I could not find the formula that converts "X" gain = "X" decibles. I feel like a goof! Please help!!!! Fustraited, Darren __________________ Darren
