Is it possible to use a couple GC ICs as a regulated power supply feeding another GC IC?

I see no reason why not. It's one of the things that's way down my to-do list...

HereŽs just one example to use them as regulators.
In the OPA548-datasheet youŽll find an adjustable power supply. Personally I wouldnŽt choose the OPAxxx cause of their high cost but there are high power opamps out there which are very cheap in comparison to a LM338 for example.
