Default help with unidentified transformer

Hello,
First time poster, long time reader (btw great message board..very helpful)
I was wondering if anyone could identify this transformer. all I know about it is that it came from an old (70's?) solid-state Kenwood tunner/amp. The only identification on it is TO1-156A and SM-80925 , one side has 3 wires and the other has 6. The only help I've found on the internet was from the Sci.Electronics.Repair site http://repairfaq.ece.drexel.edu/REPA...l#AUDIOFAQ_005
but since I don't have a Variac I thought I might ask around to see if anyone could tell from the model numbers. I would like to use this transformer to make my first gainclone so any info on this would be apperciated

thanks

Do you know the model of the kenwood that the transformer came out of? If you know that you can find the schematic for it and that should provide all you need to know about the transformer as far as connections and voltages goes.

Good luck
BZ
