Is that an output transformer?
If so, where'd you find an output transformer suitable for a GC? Home made? |

Hi,
actually they both are power transformers, the largest one fo rthe lm3886 power amp section, and the smallest one for the preamp/tone controls. I just found the need to incorporate sone nostalgic accents..lol |

Awwwww, that's cute. What you should do is add a couple of tubes and just light the filaments so you can impress everyone with that awesome tube tone.

Hi,
thank you, the pics don't do it justice. It looks really clean and shiny, theres 3 coats os black, then it was wetsanded with 1500 grit, then 2 heavy coats of clearcoat, wetsanded again and finnaly buffed. Its almost like a mirror. Its a really nice contrast with the chrome accents. |
