Default kenwood chip amp

I was able to get my hands on a TA2030 chip amp (much like an STK without the screw holes on the sides.)

anyone got info on these? I would like to make use of this chip.

I've searched a lot but found nothing.

Are you sure it's not TDA2030?
TA2030 is a tuner IC in my book.

sorry, can't take pics. digital cam is full.

it just looks like a hybrid IC like the STK series.

it's basically SIP 16 pins with a big aluminum heatsink side and the other side is black plastic (with the letterings). more or less 1" by 1.5" and about 3/16" thick.
