is there any minimum quantity on this? tooling costs? setup costs? extra fees?

because this price convert to 1.8cents here which is VERY cheap (i got boards done and it was $150 for 15 of them shipped, no silkscreen and they were pretty poor quality in the end)

if the board was the first made, they take setup costs (films and silkscreens) of RMB 0.60 per cm2.

minimum cost for a board is very different in China. In the indeveloped area such as Beijin, they take at least RMB60(USD7.2); and in developed area such as Shenzhen, Guangzhou, they take at least RMB300(USD36). The top factories near Shanghai will take RMB10000(USD1200) at least, they have the best level in the world of 3mil+ routing width and 4mil+ laser drill, their products is supplied to cellphone company.
