This thread is nothing to do with construction of GC.I have seen a lot of discussion on this board saying mids were higher, bass was deeper etc. Most of the time I listen to music in my regional language. So I could not judge much about my gain clone except that it sounded good to ears
However I want to evaluate them based on the method followed by other members hence can somone please suggest some good cds/songs that I can use to judge the quality of GC myself. For example some songs where I can judge midrange or some music where I can judge bass etcOr anyother method to check the range of GC! I am sorry if I am asking this in wrong forum. Thanks in advance! |

Sounds like you need a frequency sweep and test tone cd.

rs1026,
I suggest you obtain any CD by Enya. Her music is very dynamic, rich, and warm, with extreme frequency range, and she has the voice of an angel. Larry |
