Request samples from TI

I am thinking of requesting samples from TI, would 4 OPA541AP do for a subwoofer amp ? Will i get charged in any term, shipping or a fee for not beeing a company ?

I orderred some samples to TI last year (in november or december), I got a mail confirmation with a shipping number

and recieved nothing

Tekko: I just received 2 OPA541AP and 2 OPA4134UA. They ship with UPS. It's fast and all for free!!

And yes, we are poor... These OPA541 are expensive here in Sweden...

If you have an 8Ohm subwoofer paralleling 4 chips is a waste of time as with +-30V max you can´t get more than ~~40W out of the chip anyway.
With subs <8Ohm it´s better to parallel 2 or more chips.

You see it depends on a number of things.
Go ahead and read the BPA-200 from national semiconductor for more info.

No, Upupa: samples are dedicated to seed in the market, and the supplier is responsible to filter out possible receivers.
