Has anybody else noticed that after a while the heat dissipation out of an LM3875 amp reduces a lot? I've been noticing that with my amp. at first, I was worried my heatsink wasn't big enough, but now it's running cool enough to not matter.
If anybody has noticed this, does anyone have any idea why it happens? |

Perhaps whatever thermal interface material you used has some sort of "burn-in" period. I kind of doubt it's the chip.
