 14th January 2005, 04:48 PM #1 maris24   diyAudio Member   Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Riga Amp on TDA 7294 So the amp is on TDA 7294 and the problem is that the maximum output is only 30 Watts on 4 Ohms, +/- 27 Volts BUT in user manuals and instructions there are given two times more Watts. So If enyone knows where is the problem or how to solve that please leave the message. Thanks

Mine runs on 25V (DC) and outputs approx. 60W in 4 ohm __________________ Just remember: in theory there's no difference between theory and practice.  17th November 2006, 10:11 AM #5 victorio   diyAudio Member   Join Date: Nov 2006 P= (V^2)/(2R) is only true when you are getting the peak value of the voltage. I dont believe thats the case, so use the formula Bricolo gave, what gives you almost 60 W power.
