So the amp is on TDA 7294 and the problem is that the maximum output is only 30 Watts on 4 Ohms, +/- 27 Volts BUT in user manuals and instructions there are given two times more Watts. So If enyone knows where is the problem or how to solve that please leave the message.

where did you see this 30W limitation?
Mine runs on 25V (DC) and outputs approx. 60W in 4 ohm

Mine is 15 V (AC), 4 Ohms
P=U^2/2R So 15x15=225/(2x4)=28 W |

P= (V^2)/(2R) is only true when you are getting the peak value of the voltage. I dont believe thats the case, so use the formula Bricolo gave, what gives you almost 60 W power.
