Default That 2180/2181

Does anyone have any experience with these VCAs? What are your opinions sound quality wise? They are used in a lot of top pro line gear, mostly compressors and limiters. I also noticed that Newark, Mouser, Digikey, and Allied do not carry them, has anyone dealt with them directly?

For more information.

The idea seems to be the same as brought by PS Audio with their Gaincell amp.

Thanks for bring it up...
