Default Check the schematic please...

The .jpg schematic included is a clone from page 23 of the 3-Channel LM4782 datasheet. It's the one National uses for their evaluation board pictured in the datasheet.

It's a non-inverted design and I've shown just a single channel to get rid of all the clutter. Not shown are the MUTE and STANDBY pins. I'm not going to use them so they will be tied to ground to permanently disable the functionality.

Other than the possibility of substituting a 1000uF cap for the 2200uF bypass cap...are there any glaring issues in component layouts and values? I'm about ready to place an order to Digikey and don't want to screw up.
