Default Thanks Brian...

Hi All,

I am surfing through the CHIP Amps forum, looking over all of the amp projects and questions. While doing so I am listening to some great jazz on headphones, powered by my chipamp built from Brian's boards. This amp really sounds great and seems to just get better every day. I have been tube guy for about 20 years. I never thought that I would ever find myself using an SS amp but I REALLY enjoy this amp. In a word it has SWING. It has pace and swing. It just makes me happy.

Thanks Brian. I really appreciate your efforts.

Maybe I will post some pics soon. My amp case does not break new ground but I did follow all of the tips and tricks I found here. No regulators or buffer yet but it still sounds great...

BTW. It does make a good headamp.

Best,

Paul

get it to do a bit of REAL work and work itself in. power something a bit heavier than phones for a couple of days..then your phones will sound even better.

Not to say its not good but ur best burn in will take forever with headphones. because the wattage is so low.
