I remember seeing a few threads about people building 6 channel gainclones for HT use, but don't recall seeing any finished. Could someone post a link or two to any they know of, please?
Also, I'm wondering what the best topology would be? 6 mono channels, or 3 stereo pairs? And what to do about transformers?
Also, if anyone has completed such a project, are there any existing PCB designs around for a 6-ch Gainclone?

Hi,
Well my 6 channel LM3875 amp is kinda finished. There's Mainly cosmetic stuff to finish it off, but it's been in active service for quite a few months.
I used 3 Brian GT Premium kits and 2 18V toroidal 300VA transformers. I still haven't gotten around to taking any photos of it, but will try to soon....

Hmm, embeded images dont work
Youll have to click on the links.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Mines "finished", but I doubt it would help you out at all...
Its just simply Briangt's layout (the one posted on his site), 6 individual modules on perf boards.... (5 lm3875, and the sub a pair of 3886). No pots. Transformers are 700VA each, way overkill. Same with the heatsinks, they dont even get warm.
No fancy stuff like MWPs , more like the opposite: rats nest of wires, unmatched caps, etc.
