Default Is this the right wiring for my tranny?

I am about to finish my GC (Brian's LM3875). I am using a Plitron 22V 225VA with dual secondaries. Is the following wiring correct for 115v?

AC In
Hot > Fuse > Switch > (Orange + White)
Neutral > (Black + Brown)

Tranny to Rectifier
Yellow > AC1 H
Red > AC1 N

Gray > AC2 H
Blue > AC2 N

Does it really matter if (Yellow + Red) or (Gray + Blue) are AC1 or AC2?

Thanks,
Matt
