Hello
I am thinking to build 5 channel amplifier with stk4048xi but before I build this amplifier I would like to know how is sound and what difference it have in sound from another amplifier who use mosfet or bipolar transistor. Finaly I read another thread with subject power supply for stk4048 but I dont understand how many va must be a transformer for one ic.Or how many amperes stk4048 need to work well |

I have the SANYO STK4046XI Amp (120W) before, it's pretty good. Some of my friends use the 4048 IC drive MOSFETS for a PA system.
I just finished 5-ch of 25 wpc LM3875 amp and STK4048XI for sub for a HT in my new house (small room 3x4 m. Plenty loundness! |
