Default Processing delays at Chipamp.com

I put my order for LM3875 kit and received confirmation from Paypal on 28 October. As I haven't received any confirmation from chipamp.com, I had sent an email to orders-intl@chipamp.com . I've not received any reply so far.

Can somebody tell me, whether I will receive a confirmation mail from chipamp.com before shipping and how long I have to wait for the order to be processed by Brian. Regards,

You may want to send an email to peter@chipamp.com or brian@chipamp.com. They were very helpful to me with an international order. I think that they wait until they have a number of orders, then send them out at once, but not sure on that point.

Any mail sent to orders-intl@chipamp.com might get unnoticed by me, as this account is mainly for processing orders and paypal payments.

Any inquiries with regards to shipping and payment confirmation should be sent to peter@chipamp.com (for the international orders) and they are always replied within one day.

I will be shipping all outstanding orders this week and it usually takes few days for delivery to Europe and about 10 days for Australia and Asia.

Any major delays are caused mainy by parts shortage, as we order them (in large quantities) once a month or so.
