Tripath TA3020
Im having some issues with the tripath TA3020 eval board. It keeps blowing up. I have a +/-45V unregulated supply i made, and a regulated 12Vdc referenced to the -45V for the VN10pin. Any ideas? The output transistors blew and the chip did also.
