TO-220-11 library for expresspcb?

Does anyone have To-220-11 library(pcb component) for expresspcb.This is for a lm3886 chip. How to go about creating a pcb component for 3886 chip.Should I look at the data sheet pin distances adn then try to consturct the same by setting grid distances.

Can anyone tell me a simple way to do this.

I have made the PCB component (LM3875) myself. I suppose this has the same sizes. You can take it from the attached ExpressPCB file and copy it into your PCB drawing. Hope this helps.

I design TO220 (11Pins) component for ExpressPCB using National datasheet exact dimensions.

turn off "snap to grid" which may be set at 25 mils.
