Stk459 / Stk463

i have a SHARP amplituner that has STK459 as final amp stage with 2x15Watt power and it burned out.Can i replace it with a STK463 whick is rated 2x25Watt ?with no fear that the amp will sound good as before

The pinout looks the same and 99% of the schematic as well.
So, it's worth a try.
Keep in mind however that STK463 needs higher supply rails.
STK459: 2x NF-E, ±31V, 2x>15W(±21V/8ohm)
STK463: 2x NF-E, ±38V, 2x>25W(±26V/8ohm)

I can’t tell you anything about the sound.

Making a new supply for the new chip may be problematic. Transformer + bigger caps may not be easy to fit in the box you have.

I would stick with the same chip or make a new amp.

My voltage rail is about +-24V (not +-27) , can i use this STK463?

Yes, you can. Power output will be the same as on the 459.
