Could i use the same Tx and rectifiers to supply power to a buffer (aka Carlos) and Lm chips

The short answer is yes you can.
BUT the problem is that there is some DC offset while the buffer settles down and this could affect your speakers if you take measures to protect them. Sonically, I prefer to use a separate PSU for the buffer anyway. Then it can be powered up before the main amp is turned on. This is all covered in more detail on my gainclone pages .
