Hi folks,
I could finally get the stk 4192 based amp running. But was not very impressed with sound quality. It has lot of noise! I noticed from their data sheet that it power out put is 50W+50W coudnt figure out if this is rms value or the actual output. Also in the data sheet it says that gain is set at 40db. Instead of fixed gain I wanted a varaible gain amp.The only way that volume can be adujusted is through the input device.Right now I have connected it to my PC.So I am controlling the volume through winamp! Has anyone experimented with stk 4192 II chip. Is it a good option to pursue with this chip?? |
