Unhappy What To Do With Heatsink....

hi...here is the deal.....want to fit everything into as small a box as i can....because i cant find any other boxes......at my local components store they only have boxes the size of cigaret packets...dont know why the hell the do but there !!!
so i got my hands on one....the size of ................two loafs of bread side by side!!!????? i consider my seld lucky...
problem is the heat sinks ...well there is one...cant fit into the box cause there is a huge damn transformer that fills half the box.....hmmmmm dya think that will add noise to my curcuit?????........so im considering drilling the heat sinks onto the side of my amp box.....then somehow getting the chips to sit on it......with 40 volts supplying these chips im thinking this is a dumn idea....for the general safety of myself and co. ...but is it are the back of the ICs in any way connected to voltage ..current...should the heatsinks be grounded??? is it to damn risky to risk it.....
problem is i need an ampy shitty or not...asap....b4 i get to uni cause i dont have one know and i dont know where to get components there so i figure it would take at least a few weeks to find a place...yeah then there is the building....i couldnt survive off of headphones that look...which leads me to my current predicament...

Are you using the TF chips? If so they are isolated from the heatsink already.

If not, and they have metal on the back, youll have to put a thermal pad on them that does not conduct electricity..

So after that the heatsinks will not be connected to the circuit at all.
