Default GC PSU design

I just started working on a GC. First thing to tackle is the PSU. It will be based on a 220VA torrodial(sp?) transformer with dual 22V secondaries. Does the following schematic look OK?

I'm not sure if I should connect the grounds from both the rails together, might cause interference?

I also think I read somewhere that to large caps was a bad idea for a GC, but I can't see how more couldn't be better here.

Or perhaps I just messed it all up?

Erik

PS. I tried to post this earlier, but it didn't seem to go through, so I'm posting it again. DS.
