I don't understand why there is a hanging trace above the 0.14 ohm resistor. You should drop the small trace down to meet the big one, unless there is a specific reason not too. Look at my previous drawing that I posted.
I hope I am not being too critical, I am only trying to help you out. The board will work fine as is, but to be "correct in form" you need to fix that 0.14 resistor trace. Just merge the small and large traces and you are 100%.

Thanks for the help. Yes I am connecting pin 8 like that for a reason. I attached the pinout for the OPA541 and the big resistor is used to set the current limit. Pin 8 is just the current sense and needs to connect after the resistor. I figured it wouldn't need to be a fat trace.
