I've got an old Numark DJ mixer (PPD model MMX 1000) with a bunch of these in the circuit. The one in the power supply smoked and cracked open and needs to be replaced. Here it is:
Manufacturer: JRC Type: 2041DD Any help with a source, or for an equivalent would be great. Numark doesn't know anything about this mixer since it's over 15 years old. |

According to;
http://www.onsemi.com/site/products/...e=50&opn=2041D it looks like it is a pdip dual op-amp. Without knowing the circuit it's in you could propably use a OPA2134 or similar. Install a socket so you can test different op-amps without soldering. |
