Talking First Gainclone...................WOW!

Well finished my first gainclone amp this morning and can't believe the sound its producing, could not wait for the order I placed with Briangt, only payed out for the chips the rest of the bits i had floating about,so a cheap outlay for some great sounds. And some people slag these off. Went with the inverted version first as Brian does the non inv version for his pcb's.
Well its just sitting on a plank of wood at the moment, copper heatsink (old 440 industrial busbar), thinking about a case while it burns in...............the amount of bass is this for real.
Never really went for these high end audio class resistors, caps and silver wire just might now

Yeah, me too.

Went with an IGC, with middling good parts and it's displaced a well respected 600 power amp
